301 South Oak

Completed

2008

301 South Oak is a mixed used office/restaurant building. The exterior of the building is a blend of different types of masonry that helps it harmonize and blend with historical Oak Street. The building continues the masonry from the exterior into the interior office space along with wood joists make the office a warm open environment. The added loft space makes use of the clerestory windows and spectacular view of the historic water tower. The restaurant on the southside of the building has an open floor plan and high ceilings. The two spaces share a common corridor with restrooms.
