RGA Architects provided full design service on the build-to-suit shell building, regional offices, and Class A office space at Hempel’s new office in Alliance Gateway. The office space is 7,500 s.f. with two breakrooms, conference room, private offices, and a specialty lab. It was important to provide a space that reflected the values and branding Hempel has created while providing a functional and open environment to maximize business operations. RGA also was involved in the design of the upgraded warehouse.
