RGA Architects provided full design service on the build-to-suit shell building, regional offices, and Class A office space at Heritage Bag’s new Corporate Headquarters. The global headquarters includes a 2,200 s.f. Research and Development lab, Creative works studio and fitness center. It was important to provide a space that reflected the values and branding Heritage has created while providing a functional and open environment to maximize business operations. RGA also assisted in creating an outreach program that allows surrounding companies and groups to utilize the building after hours for events and meetings at their oversized conference rooms and lobby area.
