A new city hall at the terminus of South Oak Street, the 29,000 s.f. masonry building, will be the iconic centerpiece of Downtown Roanoke. The use of historical forms and rustic construction techniques allows the building to blend perfectly with older existing buildings along Oak Street. The building will also house the historical fire engine on the south side of the building. The City Hall will be under construction in Spring 2017.
