ULI Excellence Awards 2017

We are pleased to announce that our design, Cranbury Logistics Center, has been recognized by the Urban Land Institute – Northern New Jersey branch. Cranbury Logistics Center won the Excellence Award for Industrial project of the year.

Cranbury Logistics Center is a large-scale campus of 2.8 million s.f. in Central New Jersey. We aimed to provide an excellent master-planned, institutionally owned industrial park that takes advantage of it’s proximity to Manhattan and the Port of NY/NJ. We hope to continue to contribute to the current and future needs of the community with innovative and collaborative design.
