Complete exterior and interior remodel of an existing structure that was built in 1959. It was converted into a dermatologist’s office with 5 exam rooms, an office, a break room and a waiting area. Public spaces house three exposed wood beams giving the space it’s unique character and charm.  It is a largely white space featuring black and white art deco tile on the reception desk front. The same tile was used on the restroom floor with white subway tile and brass accents. The exterior is white painted siding with a black a custom designed front door, a black metal awning and black exterior light fixtures.
