Brownstones Mixed-Use Construction Begins!

We’re excited to announce that Construction is going to start on the corner of S. Oak & Crockett Street. The Brownstone’s are a mixed-use of commercial and residential. It will bring a new mexican restaurant, Los Compadres into the Unique Dining Capital! It is currently pre-leasing for office, restaurant, and retail spaces. The Brownstones are located on South Oak Street near the upcoming Peabody Hotel, the currently under construction City Hall, and various other new restaurants.
